If we are lucky as we go through life we learn a few things - and occasionally we actually apply what we have learned.
A.    Three rules of life:
                     1.         We are all one
                     2.         There is enough
                     3.         There is nothing you have to do

B.     Goals are just dreams until they are written down. People who set their goals, write them down and develop a plan to achieve them accomplish their goals 10 times more often than those who just talk about them. If you don’t know where you are going you will never get there!

C.     We are here to experience life so enjoy it but please temper your enthusiasm with patience, common sense and above all – safety.

D.     You choose what you want to do with your life not what other people want you to do.  Only you can make yourself happy so do what you like to do.

E.      Practice being a good listener. Be interested in what the other person is interested in. Ask questions. This will gain you respect, admiration and a reputation for being a good conversationalist. A wise person once said – “you never learn anything while you are doing the talking”

F.     Yes, money is important but not as important as living a fulfilling life. True-life success is not measured in how much money you make. It is measured by what kind of a person you are. Learn from other’s experiences. Don’t sacrifice family, friends and time just to make money.

G.     On the other hand – do plan for your future. Resist spending all your money on good times and pretty things. Today you are eighteen – tomorrow you will be fifty. It comes faster than you think so plan for it. When you get to our age is when you will fully begin to appreciate life. There is a tremendous amount of discretionary living you can do if you have the financial freedom to do so. – So start regularly saving some money.
