A Personal Journey...
... Of Surviving the Wilderness
Could it be True?
To bring some sort of order and grounding into our otherwise chaotic lives, there were always certain facts' that we held to be true - the sun rises in the east, it is safe to plant your garden on the May long weekend and Uncle Paul was a happy bachelor living on the homestead in Gordondale.
Then came the news that ranks right up there with the fall of the Berlin Wall and the landing on the moon - Uncle Paul was getting married!
Paul has happily turned in the same driveway for most of his life. Even though his new home is only 8 miles down the road we know Norma must be a very special lady for him to switch driveways.
After 50 plus years of traveling the same road we only hope she doesn't take it personally if his truck occasionally misses her driveway and heads to the old homestead.
